Step 5: Choose Filename & Save PDF

Choose where you want to save the new PDF ensuring that the filename you

choose contains no spaces or special characters, as this will prevent the PDF

from publishing correctly. Finally, click ‘Save’.

The new PDF file will be displayed when the process has finished.
